Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your workspace settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then automatically downgrade to the free plan.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Free?
Your existing boards and images stay intact. You just won't be able to create new boards (beyond 3) or upload new images (beyond 50) until you upgrade again.
Can clients comment without creating an account?
Yes! When you share a board link, clients can view and comment on images without signing up. They just enter their name and optionally their email.
